At Luxe Canvasz, we love weaving warmth into every connection. If you are not completely enchanted with your purchase, we are here to support your returns and exchanges within 30 days of your delivery date.

✨ Return Conditions

  • Items must remain unused, unworn, unwashed, and preserved in their original, fresh condition.
  • All original tags, seasonal packaging, and designer labels must remain fully intact.
  • Personalized Items & Made-to-Measure Customizations (including tailored fits or special holiday collection garments) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless a verified manufacturing defect occurs.
  • For standard items, if returns do not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to apply partial refunds or reject the return request.

📦 The Return Process

  1. Initiate your request by emailing our concierge team at service@jcplimited.com to secure your official Return Authorization Number.
  2. Carefully pack the clothing, inserting a brief note stating your original order number and your explicit choice between a direct refund or an exchange.
  3. Ship the parcel exclusively to the destination provided by our customer support. Please note that return shipping expenses are sustained by the client unless our team committed an initial processing error.

💰 Secure Reimbursements

Upon receiving and evaluating your return, a notification will bloom in your inbox. Approved claims will be automatically reimbursed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Kindly note that original shipping charges (including our transparent flat-rate fees) are non-refundable.
